Within weeks the fan was broke. Even with the fan, it overheats and your legs will get burned. Slow. Maddening! If you type to fast, who knows what you'll end up with. The cursor jumps all over. Bloody nightmare. All the preinstalled software is TRIAL. the only thing this has going for it is it's really lightweight and really portable. Paid $279 at Kmart with 90 return policy.
